Meguiars Wheel Brightener for rim and (Super Degreaser 4:1 solution) for tires.
Meguiars Paint Cleaner to both side of rim, using MF applicator or applicator sponge. Wheel Wax to both sides of rims with MF applicator or applicator sponge. Armor All Wheel Protectant, allow to cure for a day. (Cannot say enough about this product. I normally despise everything armour all, but this keeps brake dust off your rims and lasts weeks).
