2013s..what's do be done?
So the residuals tanked for Sept, the incentives aren't much better. Not a compelling reason to get a 2013 when lease rates are better on 2014s. There's still a ton of 2013 F10s out there. How will BMWFS respond in order to move these cars? Think it's worth waiting for a smoking deal on the 13s? Or will they slowly fade away without a fire sale?

In Canada, we get $5,000 cash, 0.9% lease rate and the dealer will cap cost at invoice with no extras. A 2013 on a 39 month lease is $837.00 (535X M Sport, Exec, heads up heated rear seats, apps), vs a 2014 which leases at 4.9% and leases for about $300/ month more. I'm thinking a 2013 is the way to go for me if I can find the options/Color I want. Thoughts?

Ok than 2013 sounds like a better deal than 2014 especially if you are not planning to purchase the car on the end of the lease. ! Go for it!

Any word on what they do plan on doing with these 2013's? I too was looking for a more competitive lease on a leftover 2013, but 2014 leases were ALL better. If they would up their residual factor a couple points north on these, they would be movable, but with where they put it, doesn't make a whole lot of sense vs a 2014.
