What does it cost to have a body shop install an M5 bumper package?

I'm thinking about doing the M5 front end swap on my F10 535 Base model. Aside from the $400 for the front end kit, how much should I expect a body shop to charge to remove my old front bumper, then paint and install the new one?

first you should test fit new bumper before painting it. I had to do significant amount of trimming and cutting (it is F90 M5 retrofit bumper), until it fit well, so that took 2-3hrs (your may require less preparation work).
Good paint shop will charge around $400 for painting, so do the math. I'd say $600 total on the low end, could be more. It is worth going to a good body shop for painting, as a result my bumper looks stock.
I have also ordered new brackets for PDC sensors and side cameras which is extra cost.

Good point, I'll make sure to test fit the new bumper. The setup I'm looking at includes PDC brackets so that's good. Thanks.

At least in the tri-state area, a genuinely good paint shop is going to charge close to 800-1000 for paint. 400 usually means no warranty or poor prep.
