MyBMW app on 535I

Hey there, looking into purchasing a pre LCI (2011-2013) BMW F10 5351 M-Sport package. Wanted to know if the
"MyBMW " app supports the car. And if not, do the LCI models support the App?
Also, for current owners of the car, what are the major issues you’ve encountered which I should be aware of before purchasing. (90k Miles+)
Thanks.

There are very few 2016 F10's that are compatible. AT&T decommissioned 3G a couple of years ago, which "killed" the F10's access to the internet (the app as well as RTTI, Connected Drive, etc).

Want the app (and the other functionality)? You'll have to do what I did and buy a G30.

Must be very late build 2016's, and at that it's a retrofit. My G30 is fun to drive, but I still like the F10, even though it's 10 years old. I'd drive it more, but I really miss the RTTI as traffic can be a bugger around here.
