N63 60mm Alpina Turbos

BIMMERPOST / Classifieds
Asking Price:
USD 2,400.00

Item Interest
Feeler on interest for a pair of 60mm (not 56mm) Alpina Turbos. These Turbos are same as M5 Turbos compressor section and are identical in Geometry (however M5 turbos are designated "Left and Right" due cross section exhaust manifold banks). OEM number 11657630744 and Garrett Manufacturer number 803709-5009S Rated 532HP at 5200RPM. Came off 2014 Alpina B6 with less 9000 miles. Now turbos have around 14000 miles and were able to produce north of 600WHP. Never abused, car always pristine condition. Rare turbos and are seldom on the market. Upgrading to M5 reason for selling.

Wow, I'm interested. Any proof of the 600whp? And what tune were you running with them? Meth injection?

Definitely 3.5 Bar TMAP sensors and Turbos Diverter valves are equipped with 3.5 Bar plungers.

How would these compare to Pure Stage 1? They're only a few hundred more with no miles on them?

Not sure if comparison is appropriate; Two different products:

1) ALPINA's are OEM Garrett manufacturing with certain R&D and certified specifications that can endure 100 thousands miles.

2) Pure Turbos are expensive great after market excducer maker requiring original core and housing (essentially not inventing anything, just compressor wheel/shaft replacement for a lot of money; high auto cad fabrication shop) without a known life cycle span.

Simply, boils down to personal preference.

Just a reassurance for anyone interested. I purchased a set of Flyboys old Alpina turbos from him and they were sold EXACTLY as advertised! Mine had 20 k miles on them, but I sent them off to Pure Turbo for a 750 rebuild with new seals, etc. This was NOT necessary, but an insurance policy on my own part. When Pure Turbo took them apart, they did indeed confirm these turbos had wear characteristics of a car with 20k miles.

So If you are willing to buy these, KNOW that you are buying from a GOOD GUY and you are getting EXACTLY what he is promising! Fast shipping and great products from him.

Only problem is they have only had the passenger side turbo. The driver side is out of stock.

When you look online they are selling 2 but they do not arrive as a set. And the other turbo says sold out. I maybe mistaken though 🤷🏿‍♂️
