Dealer Must Contact Market Area Prior to Servicing!?
Has anyone had the following problem:
When your service writer brings up your VIN on his system, under vehicle comments it states "PLEASE CONTACT MARKET AREA TEAM PRIOR TO PERFORMING ANY REPAIRS", "DOCUMENT XXXXX NATIONAL VEHICLE FILE", "DATE POSTED XX/XX/XXXX"? I spoke with my service manager, who said I needed to speak with corporate, which said it is internal, they cannot share information about same and that the comment will not be removed, as I requested. Help / insight, anyone!? |
