Winter sadness

Anyone else experiencing sadness this winter with your beast garaged? F michigan weather

In DFW, we've typically got to leave it in the garage for about 7 days. Today was one of those days.

What do you drive during the winter? A beat up Subaru or a Toyota 4 wheel drive, where you don't go into convulsions when it's bumped?

Yes. I try to drive my car. I have 09 A5 DD with winter tires.

sadness In my opinion is understatement
winter depression is kicking in hard here only thing that keeps me going is when I go to garage and admire my F10 and dreaming about driving in sunny days

YUP!!! Until April-ish... It depends how March is looking. I don't want any salt on her and they use plenty salt up here in Toronto.

Plus with over 400 pony's and torque cold ground is a waste!

I live in Michigan too and I hate getting the car all messy and salted up but it's my DD so I just deal with it the best I can. The xdrive is a beast in the snow though especially with the lard ass weight of the 550.

Not all of us have a second car, so my F10 will have to suck it up. This is from yesterday, only a few inches. But we are currently in the middle of a storm now that will leave us with 18" by tonight

i know the feeling!

the car sits in the garage all winter long. she does not see any salt at all! so my back up is the Titan!

Why miss your beast. I drive it through any type of weather. Must have a good set of snows, of course.
Its a lot of fun driving in snow, pushing the stability and traction controls to the limits.
