Looks good. How's the underside of the hood (where the latch is) made?

I ask because I had a CF hood on my 240sx back in the day, and I added hood pins (scary cutting those holes yourself). The underside of my hood was thin fiberglass hold the actual latch connection. I didn't trust it holding if enough air got in under there.

Good Luck man! I was about 21 when I took a dremel to my $700 hood. Scared shitless.
Got it over the summer, when I was living at my aunt's an hour from home for an internship. Hood was at my parent's house, when I went home on weekends. Took about 3 weeks to get it precise. Looked great though and somehow I didn't screw up!

Also, did you happen to weigh the CF vs the stock hood?

Did not weigh it but the stock hood was aluminum... the CF hood was definitely lighter, but not by much

Yeah it looks great! Was definitely nerve-wracking cutting those hood pin holes though right? Me doing that to a $700 hood in college 10+ yrs ago scared the crap outta me
