Michelin PSS backordered two months, which replacement?

Damn, need to replace my worn out PSS and America and Big Brand say the 285/30 x 20s are back ordered for two months. Can't wait that long. Anyone have success with Yokohama S Drive, Continental DWS Extreme Contact or Bridgestone Potenza S-04 Pole Position?

Michelin is correct We have one in stock if you can find one more.

The S-04 and S.Drives are great and comparable tires. And a little easier on your wallet

Thanks, if you had to pick one? Yokohama or Bridgestone?

I had Continential Extreme Contact (not the all weather version) on my E60 545i and loved them. A little soft on the side wal after havnig PSSs, so I just ran tghem around 40 PSI and they worked better. At almost $400 cheaper than the PSSs they were definately a good option. I would have gotten them for my F10 but they didn't make them in a 285 width at the time. I'm hoping by the time I ned new tires they have a size I want. Worth a look.

I currently have the bridgestone potenza S-04 and they're excellent. I also ran continental extremecontact DW on my previous car and those were great too. I would've gotten the continentals again but they don't come in the right size for the F10 so I went with bridgestone instead.

+1 for the S-04 Pole Position. Great alternative to the PSS.

Rats, just had the 285/30 x 20 Bridgestone Pole Positions put on and hate it. Too small for the 10.5" wheel. Pulls in like a rice rocket. Going back to the PSS 295/30 x 20. Loved the look of the Bridgestone tread though. Would stay with them but they didn't have the 295/30

They don't make the DWS in 295/30

I'm surprised that its too narrow. Here's a pic of my PSS 285 on a 10.5" wheel and I think it looks great. Very very little stretch. More like a rounded look
