New Front Lip, Reflector & Side Deletes

So I wanted to share an update, just had my new front lip installed today on my Non-M Sport 550i......and I am very happy with the results!! Was debating the M-Tech conversion but I really think i can live with this for a while.

Last night I also installed my rear and front reflector deletes with painted replacements and my painted side marker replacements. (purchased from JBSPEED )

I think things are coming along nicely! Beefier tires going on this weekend and of course then next big mod will be the DROP....needs it bad

Also going to try plasti dipping the side door chrome strips......and undecided on the front silver fins in the bumper?

Thoughts?

Looks great. I think you should definitely paint the silver fins on the bumper. It will really change the look of the car. Good job!

Looks really good! We have the same color black on black. Front grill looks sweet! Is it matte or gloss black? Which lip is that? I was planning on going 3d carbon fiber lip but yours looks nice! As far as the fins I read somewhere in the DIY they can be removed. I was planning on ordering the carbon fiber fins. You could get them painted?

Thanks, Jet Black? The front grills are the m performance gloss black. The lip is a 3D "style" for Non M Sport bumper. Normally the fins are easy to remove....... but now with the lip installed I'm not sure the grill will come out to release the fin....kind of backed myself in a corner. I don't want to remove the lip.

Thanks! Good old Ebay

I am very happy with the fitment too.......but I think the shop I used for painting and install made a small difference.

Was referred to a gem of a body shop and they did a great job.

Thanks guys! It's amazing what few subtle mods can do to a look of a car. Especially that boring base/sport bumper of this car.

Not done yet though

Yep...jet black! So yes the same lip but in carbon fiber. I was really on the fence with the kidney grills whether to go gloss black or carbon fiber? Really like how it came out on yours. Wondering if having the carbon fiber lip, fins, kidney grill and headlight brows is overkill all in carbon fiber?

Glad to see you kept the non-m front bumper...that lip sets it off. I'll only change the rear bumper to an mtech only because the rear diffuser for our non-m is plain.

Can't tell from the pix but did you change your BMW badges to black?

Do you mind to share who the seller is? Send me through PM, I am happy with the fitment! Never expect it would fit perfect like that. Thank you!

Yeah I think you doing the CF components will look hot and stand out. I am also looking at brows because this white strip on headlight's drives me nuts. My badge s are all stock. ...just weird light angle

Decided to go gloss black on the kidney grills like yours cause im not sure if carbon fiber will look good or overkill with the other carbon fiber accents.
