Coding a Replacement Key with Comfort Access?

Hi Guys,

i bought a replacement key with Comfort Access for my car and it doesn't work.

From what i understood from reading here is that it comes readily programmed from the dealer but this is not the case.

Any ideas how this key can be programmed or activated? There is a key sign next to the steering column which i tried wiping the key against but this didn't work.

Thanks
