It's very faint. Much louder in my Acura. When I first read this thread, I had not heard this sound in my F10.

However since then, I have heard it many times just after startup. Not any louder, just that I've been listening for it.

I have the exact sound coming from front driver wheel.Dealer said it was def not normal and believed to be front actuator related. Mine is an xdrive ,are yours all xdrive with this prob??

Mine pops like 4-5 times and then nothing TIL you cut the car off and allow it to power down(35 seconds or so) 52,000 miles and it just started doing this def not normal!! Does only the xdrive have this issue??
