Torque specs. F10 suspension

Hi All , does anyone has the details of the torque spec. on the front wishbones. I have a manual that ref.s the below spec. I can't seem to find it anywhere.

31 12 20AZ

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

front and rear torque. Did the dinan control arms..

About to replace struts. Does anyone have specs on bolts for the struts?

For the ones that bolt it to the chassis? 28nm. Don't reuse the old bolts.
