Internet option and mobile application preparation

If you have an internet option, then the option mobile application preparation (Facebook and Twitter) is unnecessary because the Internet can open a Facebook profile and see facebook profile.

Does anyone have experience with these options, and what do you think about it?

I'd imagine that Facebook and Twitter weren't the driving force behind that particular option (BMW Connect, web radio, etc etc), but either way the functionality is 'cleaner'. Bit like using an iPhone app or browsing to the website instead.

Ultimately, as you say, the functionality is there, if they're your only interest in the various elements of the app option then best to save the couple hundred sheets it costs and do it your way I'd say.
