New to the forum

Hi everyone,

Im new to this forum so I figured to say hi,

Recently picked up a f10 528i 2014
Have owned couple of e46s and also a E60 530i

Got the wheels replaced from the stock 17s to some 20inch wheels.

I have already ordered some stuff and i should be getting them soon in the mail

-Trunk lip
-bavsound stage 1 upgrade
-black front grill

Thinking about getting the interior trims wrapped in carbon fiber maybe!?!?

And i really like the M bumpers

Any other ideas??!?

I wouldn't waste the extra money on M-sport bumpers. They're a nice addition if they're factory, but buying and painting them after-the-fact is financially unwise. I think the LCI sport bumpers look sharp enough as they are. Pre-LCI is a different story. I'd stick with the few extras you've already chosen, and maybe consider some ACS lowering springs, then call it a day. F10 resale values have been skydiving lately, you don't want to dump more into it than you'll get out of it.

i opted to pickup an MSport rear bumper only because i wanted the option to install a carbon fiber diffuser.

Good point, maybe if i get lucky and come across someone who is returning their lease and have those bumpers painted space grey already ????

I really like the way both of them look and also pretty much most of addons are for M bumpers

are you planning on lowering her? ACS would be your mild drop, H&R a bit more aggressive and KW's if you wanna pancake her!

Actually I was just reading about these. I never had any car lowered before so this would be the first. look like ACS are not too much but they are a little pricy compare to other brands, how much should I drop? I don't want to go crazy! may be 1 inch??

how much is the cost to get these installed on the car?

acs springs on the 550i are 1"

they are pricey but imho the additional $$ is worth it, as they haven't detracted from ride quality at all and they have eliminated the body roll and dive/squat i used to get in my 550i when braking/accelerating

i paid about 950 installed for my ACS springs...

It definitely sounds like every one with the ACS springs are so happy with their setup, maybe I should start saving up in order to go with something i don't regret sometimes down the line.

I think the guy who bought it from M5 Monster is the one who just recently posted his install pictures of the carbon fiber interior trim
