New car handover

Hi All
Im picking my new car up in jan, I have never had the pleasure of a brand new bmw and i cant wait to get it, what experiences of the handover have you guys had....good or bad?

It's all good. Take your time - make them show you everything, and if you don't understand it, ask again. There are a lot of features.
