Symbols near tachometer / rev counter

Can anyone tell me what the 3 red 'head and shoulders' symbols situated below and to the right of the tachometer mean please?

I presume they indicate engine oil not warm since they appear on starting the car but they go out after a couple of minutes. I have scoured the manual but can find no reference to these symbols at all.

it means "We're watching you, via the Dot"

I believe they go green when someone is sitting in that position...

I have never seen that symbol on my 535i.

There are age-specific requirements for rear seat belts (and for their use) in most states.
