Is this a failed/failing water pump? Also there is no heat in cabin.
But when I activate bleeding procedure, the water pump activates and see coolant coming in reservoir.

No heat is usually a failed thermostat.

I don't see how no heat could be a failed thermostat if the engine is also overheating. The cabin heater cores are always in the loop whether the thermostat is open or closed. If it's failed open, the engine wouldn't be overheating. If it's failed closed you'd still have heat. Failed heater control valves could cause no heat, but notan engine overheat. The engine overheat is the #1 symptom I would be chasing at the moment.

Since you have ISTA, run the test plan for the "missing" pump code. It might be an electronic/communication problem, and since you have water pump codes combined with overheating, I would personally plan on replacement unless you can find a damaged wire or something.

Garage List
I had a bad waterpump right out of the box once on my car a couple years ago, it would run with the bleed procedure but car would still overheat, took me awhile to figure it out.
Warrantied the pump and haven't had a problem since

But I've seen what your describing happen

Based on ISTA, it does not detect the pump. Check connection. If everything is good, pump is most likely faulty.

I replaced the water pump, everything is normal. Cabin heat is back and feels hotter than before.

Inside water pump look.
