I know dealers have some money from BMW for 2013 year model. Without mF and residual is hard to tell, although I think you can get better deal.

2014's hit the lots in a few weeks - great time to deal on remaining 2013 inventory. Practice walking away until you get the deal you want!

I agree with all comments. However wanting a manual transmission and specific options puts me at a small disadvantage. My car has to be ordered.

MF 1.27 and Residual 62%

Also find out what is the invoice on that car. You can probably get this car for invoice or even under. It depends how many 535's dealer have in stock. As I said earlier there is some additional money from BMW. Shop around.

Maybe - maybe not ... If you have a cooperative dealer locating a car "in inventory" is fast and free. And if it's close I bet that most dealers would be just as ready to dump a manual transmission F10 as they would an auto. Nothing ventured - nothing gained. I still believe that at this time of the model year YOU have all the leverage.

All you have to do is ACT as if you do! (IMHO)

June incentives just went live on BMW USA. Nothing new. Same $750 loyalty cash on 2013 528/535/550 a little disappointing as the 2014 will have the same deal. I guess I'll wait.

What is Lease rate and residual on that?

Did you get 1000 loyalty and 1500 option credit?

.127, 59% residual. Final numbers $57,000 selling price, similar drive off and monthly $688.92 inc tax.

Includes both build out $1500, loyalty $1000 & drive event $1000. If you are a Veteran there is a way to get an additional $2500 thru USAA.

PM me if you need help. Thanks.

What is a good rule of thumb for percentage off a 2013 5 series, especially with the 2014's coming in?

I ordered one of the last 2013s and was able to get the lease rates from May. Did not see a lot of upside for waiting for 2014 in my case. Just received the car yesterday and love it!!
