I recently had my 2008 535i totalled due to leaking sunroof because of clogged drains. After 2 months fighting with the insurance they finally decided to cover the loss.

Picked up the replacement yesterday.

2013 550i M Tech. Lease return. Fully optioned.

So far I really like the car, the NBT nav is soo much better, premium sound is not too bad. Seats are amazing. I was hoping to get the 2014 with N63T, but it was outside my budget.

I have a lift in the garage, so I am not afraid to take it all apart and fix whatever needs fixing in the future.

JB4 most likely and downpipes. Maybe some upgraded turbos down the line.

What is the widest tire we can install in the back? Do 305's fit?

I had 295s before and it was pretty flush, could probably fit 305s with the right height and offset

I had downpipes and stage 2 MHD flash tune on my 535i and it was lighter as well, so it felt pretty quick. The 550i is much smoother and so jerky. Transmission is much better as well.

Top end on the V8 is amazing. Once i get it tuned, I am sure it will be on another level.
