Beautiful day for a wash, clay and wax!

Such a nice 70° today in Butt nowhere Ohio decided I should finally clay my car! I'll have some alone time with what my wife calls "Black Candy!" as imma bathe her and wash and rinse and rub...okay!

Was gonna order a clay kit from Chemical Guys but decided to give the Meguiar's Clay Kit a try since I pretty much been using their products from day 1! I do like the Ultimate Liquid Wax they have as it's pretty damn easy to use! I'll post finished pictures in 4 hours lol or longer!

I'm just in AAAWWWWE! u can totally tell if you rub your fingers across and feel smooth baby butt a d the part that's not done feels rough with contaminants and what not!

That looks great! How much time did you spend doing the whole car? I bought a bunch of supplies myself but we haven't had a full week of it not raining for me to clay and wax the car yet.

It also seems that birds like to use my car as target practice, every day a new bird dropping makes it's way on to my car

Looking right brother i use to use meguiars till i found out about Carpro and i refuses to buy pep boy products unless its do or die. i have to order all my car wash materials but its WELL WORTH IT!!!!!

Holy $hit balls my car looks different! I ruined 2 micro fiber towels because I would toss it on the Hood and it literally glided off and fell on the floor! Just waxing it after the clay bar the surface feels like butter. This is the first time I've ever used clay even during my car show competition I would just use wax and a detailer. The jet black paint just seems more deeper and richer! Pictures probably don't do it justice but in person it's just looks AMAZING!

if you guys have never clay bar your car I highly highly recommend doing it!

Probably spent a couple hours claying and that's just because I was taking my time. I started around 4pm and it's now 9pm so yeah...

That looks sensational. Night and Day in terms of the difference in finish. Does Clay Bar rid or reduce surface scratches? I also have a black Audi Sport in the garage and my baby girl managed to polish it with her bracelet

Clay bar will remove surface contaminants from the surface of the pain, it will not reduce scratches.

Car looks amazing!!

I just detailed my entire car about 2 weeks ago. Spent about 2 days polishing, applying sealant, and detailing the interior. Almost bought a Carbon Black 550 instead of my Alpine White but my OCD would have driven me crazy trying to keep it looking good during the year.

At first I was deciding between Mcguiars and Chemical Guys but I decided to try Chemical Guys products. I have heard a lot of good reviews on both brands.
