light tint is nice on the front windshield however if you wear polarized sunglasses watch out for some tints bc you will get a rainbow effect

Option is £250 in the UK and IS compatible with a HUD.
US doesn't get the OEM dark glass/privacy glass either.

I don't think so, since the ED cars are still US spec.
But they do get the cheapest BMW's in the world though.

but Don't get me started, because it's priced per litre, we never think of the price per gallon anymore, I've just figured out I payed £6.90 per gallon of diesel on the motorway last week!!!

So here are some pics with the tinted windshield. Its a 50% tint, not sure which brand, i guess 3M. Keeps the interior cooler, and during sunny day its hard to notice. Unfortunately,I don't have a picture under the sun.

Yes ,on this pics it's noticeable , but I like it and was planning to go even darker , 35%.
Never had problems with the police because of the windshield. It's not noticeable when you are right in front of the car. It gets noticeable only because of the reflection.

Wait, but what happens if you get into an accident? Is it automatically your fault?

of course no, tint doesnt make you guilty for an accident. especially 50% tint, its just to keep the interior cooler. But don't do limo tint on the windshield lol
