H&R suspension part #

Would it be okay to put 528/535 springs on a 550?
Part #: 28947

I see that H&R has different part numbers for the 550, but I picked up a set of 28947 springs.

Your front may sit lower since the 550 is a heavier engine

That's what I was thinking too... I can't find data on the difference in spring rates or any other differences between the two.

More worried about any negative side effects of using the wrong springs than a slightly lower ride height tho.

i'm about to pick up a set of H&R springs from ebay and they are part #50470 which is consistent with what H&R's website states. Curious as to why would you get a different part number if they make springs specifically for the 550?

Was just an honest mistake. Picked them up from someone that had them on his 550 so I just assumed they were the right part number lol.

I always knew there were different part numbers for 528/535 vs 550 but didn't double check when I picked them up. I'm sure they fit but I wouldn't want to deal with unforeseen problems. Thats why I'm curious if anyone has personal experience.
