bms stage 2 install help

Everything was going smooth until it came to pulling out the sub assembely from black sub connector no matter how much or how hard i push the clip in the back or how much i wedge thw flat head in between the plastic this thing is not budging . Is there another clip that iam over looking here ?

it takes patience bro used to take me one hour to pull that damn clip out, after a while i have a hand on it. there is a release at the back also try to stick a small screw driver there its like a button and push it to the side.

Well i finally got it out and hooked everything up . I double and triple checked every single loom and seated the connectors on the ECU . Low and behold the car does not start and i get a drivetrain malfunction and 4x4 malfunction .

Removed everything and installed the OEM wires and she fired up but there is a CEL . I looked over the wire looms and the Black wire on the juice box is screwed up . I should have brought it to your attention while i was there .

weird the wiring was brand new from terry post the pics.

My alarm keeps going off when i disconnect the negative . WTF is going on here lol
