Hi,

I have an HTC Android phone. I know BMW doesn't make an HTC snap in cradle but do they or a 3rd party make a mini-USB cable so I can at least plug it in to the centre console phone slot?

a) Keeping the phone charged would be the 1st benefit
b) Using the car aerial would be great too.

I thought all new phones had to have a mini-USB cable, so surely BMW will have a standard phone connector cable? We dont need specific cradles or cables.

And why not a generalised cradle - one where you could adjust the size, just like you see for mounting your phone on the dash
