Brakes cooling
Took my 2013 550i to the track this week.
After couple of heats the brakes starting to get soft. Going to replace the fluid with a higher rating one. What other brake improvements would you recommend without going to BBK. Anybody done any brake cooling ducts? Thanx in advance. |

Think BBK or Dinan Brakes are you only bet if you are doing dedicated track work with a 550i. Some have retrofitted M5 OEM brakes to their cars. Check out the options. Otherwise how did it do on the track?

Car does well on the track, until the tires and the brakes start going.
Was keeping up and/or passing much lighter cars. |
