Replaced idrive screen now HUD doesn’t work

I updated my idrive screen to upgrade to a unit with Apple CarPlay, everything works great but my Heads Up Display no longer displays on my windshield. I’ve checked fuses and within settings under heads up display all settings are greyed out, also instrument cluster settings appear but I cannot select any settings within that section either. Is this a coding thing? Any input or advice is hugely appreciated

Fuse is on the passenger side behind the glove box. No display is normally a MOST issue (green optical cables) or coding. Check to see if 610 is in your coding if you had to code the HU
