Black screen issue F10

Dears,

I am owner of F10 535, 2016 - after some time of pause in car, the radio screen is black - the lighting of the screen is working, I can change stations, music by HUD. Did you have similar issue with this unit? It looks like NBT .

Try updating the headunit. If the problem persists then display maybe faulty
