Make h11 bulb fit in h8 housing

As the title says what do I need to do to make an h11 bulb fit in the h8 housing? Got the wrong bulb and trying to see what can be done. What needs to be modified

They're just about interchangeable.
You just need to trim one of the tabs by like 2mm I believe. Easy stuff.

True story..my 5year son just saw me looking at this pic on my laptop and asked 'is this spot the difference daddy?'

I told him yes, and we both studied the pic for a min or so, well he pointed out the differences, and did spot one another lol.
