It seems that DG II is not as sparkle as DG I. I like how the Msport rear diffuser looks more integrated to the bumper in this color.

DG II is just as "shiny" it's all about the lighting of the photographs. If it catches reflections and light it'll shine and glimmer and show all the speckles of other colors. But when it's dark, it'll obviously appear much more tame and appear dark itself. I've compared the two in my dealer lot and you'd be very hard pressed to tell the difference between a car they had on the lot with DG I and my DG II color.

DG II is a new color. DG I had to be discontinued because the factory that produced the metallic pigment for it was destroyed in the Japanese earthquake/tsunami.
