car developed a swosh/flowing sound from the rear, what could be wrong?

Car has about 1500miles. Start this swosh/humming/flowing noise at about 500miles. It does it on and off. Some times it is dead quiet, sometimes the noise comes.

The best I can describe the sound is as if some liquid is flowing inside a tube/pipe. Kinda like a soft WHO WHO WHO.

It is really irritating. What could be wrong? It has the n20 engine.

And it is not the air conditioner because the noise does not stop with the air con off.
