A tyre / Alloy size question

Hello all

I am new to BMWs in general hence a newbie question I would appreciate your help.

I have box standard 520 M SPORT with 18 inch : Front – 245/45R18 ( 8J, ET30), Rear – 275/40/R18 (9J ET44) = OEM

I have the chance to get some 19inch Alloys with these specs:

Front is 8.5” wide with offset et36
Rear is 9.5” wide with offset et36

I want to use OEM tyre sizes meaning when I use wheelsize.com it says for the REAR: Tire will be 8MM out with Rim 14MM out than OEM and positive scrub change of 8MM (whatever that is).....

Are these anything to be concerned about? Will I rub etc? Its a family car so I will have 2/3 people at the back with a full boot.

PLEASE reply and help me – thanks
