I came to Boston for business this week... no SUVs available at National.... no AWD car.... BUT there was a Ram 2500!! So glad I got it although the ladies I had to take to a client dinner literally needed a boost in their business attire to get in LOL!

Sitting here at the Logan Hilton... guess I'll brown water it up to keep warm! Hope I can get out tomorrow!

HA! I was in Raleigh a few weeks back visiting clients, and i had a choice between a minivan, hyundai santa fe, corolla, or the same truck.

I picked the truck!!

1) mpg sucked balls, although i was also heavy on the accelerator
2) this truck does awesome burnouts...

the remote start feature was pretty cool though!

would have probably sucked ass in the snow, had it fell then, but it didn't!

We took clients to dinner and they were some big dudes so they were fine with getting in an out of it, although for me being 5'8 it took a little getting used, and my colleague who is 5'4 it took him alot to get used to as well..

Funny enough, finance gave me shit before for renting gas guzzlers, although the controller admitted I don't change my lifestyle whether on my dime or expenses...so I'm good!

Oh the rental contract has prepay, but they always ask us to fill up if possible because it's cheaper.

The company is ~$500MM, but I work for the PE firm.

Nice! What do you do there? I was an operating partner with a boutique PE firm out of Orlando - smallish fund size (75M).

Cheers!

I was brought in for integration of recent bolt ons and turnaround. Although it is looking like I may stay on as the operator until the next transaction.
