F10 5 Series BMW Performance Parts?

Do you think that BMW will release performance parts for the new 5, maybe a sport exhaust?

I'd be interested in one. The 550 could use more rumble from the exhaust.

I think AC has a really good exhaust system, but I'm not sure if they use OEM tips which are great on the 550i

BMW Original Blackout Grill - Right
Part # : 51 71 2 155 446

BMW Original Blackout Grill - Left
Part # : 51 71 2 155 447

$75US each MSRP ... but you can get them at getbmwparts.com for $60US each

Double check w/ vendor if they are indeed "Black"

I just got mine from getBMWparts.com $128.95 delivered. They both came in one box: 51-71-2-165-528 (right) 51-71-2-165-539 (left)

Numbers are different from above's post. Did I get the wrong ones?

There will be no 'official' remaps for these engines, only aftermarket options which would invalidate your warranty if detected.

I'm assuming good quality fuel is more difficult to get in certain parts of India?(forgive me if that is incorrect)
Combining that with the more extremes of temperature you get there may make ECU remaps more likely to cause premature engine failure then they would in perhaps Europe?

Can we put the grills by ourselves or do we have to go to workshop?

Hey CJ - Have you discovered any exhaust system upgrades to address this issue?

BMW will most likely release a performance exhaust for the 550 and 535 in due time.

In the meantime, you have options such as Eisenmann which offers better than OEM quality with amazing sound... IMHO the way the car should have sounded from the factory.
