I'm running the Pirelli Sottozero's. They are way better than the all season goodyear's.

I know about the Sottozero II's, but I am not looking to pay $1600 to get a set delivered. Plus I read they wear out fast. Surely they must be other options out there, otherwise I am going to go 245/45R19 and buy a set of Dunlop tires.

The Goodyear Eagle LS2's are notoriously bad in the snow. I almost got into an accident with a relatively new set of them on my 535xi.

Do you need wheels for your winter set up? I have an excellent set of 19" oem 332 wheels that I took off my 550xi. Square set up and perfect to mount a set of winter tires on and save you trouble of swapping every season. Located in 08055

I don't really need wheels. The tires are for my winter set. I have a separate set for summer. How much are you looking to get for your wheels anyway? PM me and I'll try to find some use for them.
