Hi,

As per the title really.

I've already coded enhanced Bluetooth and can connect two phones, use office, have Bluetooth streaming etc.

However I've been having an issue with Bluetooth calls when sometimes the person on the other end can't hear me - as in it's silent. I thought it might be a bug until today at the dealer they said that my car had a fault : Bluetooth mic 2 inoperative. Yep, that's because I never installed it. It only comes with enhanced BT.

Now apparently the 2nd BT mic isn't just for the passenger, but does something to do with noise cancelling too. Im now wondering if my silent call issues are something to do with the system wanting to use a mic that isn't there?

Does anyone know either a) how to code out the second mic while keeping the enhanced BT features, or b) how easy it is to fit the second mic. The mic itself would be easy, but what about the wiring?

Anyone else had any issues?

What is enhanced bluetooth exactly?

For more detailed instructions, you can find them in ISTA+. Not sure what additional wiring is needed.

So I added 6NS to my 2015 F06....I would like to add the2nd microphone. It's on the passenger side there is a cover. I took it off and nothing was there. I found the microphone on ebay but how do I wire it.....I cant find any literature unless the car is already wired and all I do is plug the microphone but I again when I took the cover off nothing is there......

Post you quoted has information you need. ISTA+ has diagrams for installation.

Yes i looked at the pdf file attached......I will need to find the ista+ installation so I see if there is wiring to plug the mic into or I have to see how and where to wire the harness to plug the mic into.....

I would like to install two microphone but I did not find any wire at all too. I bought a microphone I think I have to wire it.
