Aftermarket Diffuser on Replica Rear Bumper Fitment

Hey guys, I need your help here.
I'm looking to convert my non-msport rear bumper to a quad
setup (M5 replica) with OEM M5 mufflers on my 550i.
I'd really love to get a CF diffuser, since the front has a CF lip installed.
I'm thinking to buy this M5 replica rear bumper from ebay:

And this diffuser to accomodate the M5 mufflers:

I know it's a long shot, but has anyone tried to fit an aftermarket CF diffuser to a replica bumper cover?

Pretty much! I'm sure if it was an OEM MTech bumper it probably would've easier

Mine went in pretty good but on the passenger side I couldn't get one of the clips to go in, so I simply just glue'd it ... lol dont judge me

Ive just fitted a carbon diffuser to my f11 msport, dont think there is a massive difference anyway between msport and m5 upper section of bumper its just the diffuser is notably different by sight, mine actually fitted pretty well in the end, and imo would not look out of place if i seen on an M5.

The MSport/M5 rear bumpers are the same

yup as above, I thought they were the same upper section, I also read somewhere that an m5 diffuser will fit on but you need to swap out the internal plastic bumper support thingy, an msport for m5 version. I did consider this as in the uk you can usually pick up the oem m5 diffuser on ebay for peanuts!

I used a dremel and cut mine, its a pointless piece of plastic.

I got mine from a sponsor vendor here($700) when you could not find them on Ebay. Loved the Vorsteiner one on the M5 but dropping over $2500 for the OEM was a tuff one to swallow. Fitment was not too bad but the trick was to make sure you have it flush when screwing the tabs in place. A two person operation makes it a breeze. I also used a glue gun and hot glued it for some extra strength.

The rear bumpers are the same but the oem m5 front bumpers are wider than m5 replica bumpers.

Finally I got the 3D style diffuser.
Not as aggressive as the DTM style, but I like it a lot.
Domestic seller, $350 free shipping.
Will do the install sometimes next week.

looks good, not super aggressive but aggressive !

I wish mine was like that but mine is OEM style but in Carbon Fiber, I got a really good deal locally that i couldnt pass up.
