According to the brief search I just did you will need caliper brackets fabricated. I would imagine any decent fabrication shop will make these for you as they are rather simple brackets. Here are a couple posts, they are old but have what you are looking for with pics.

You are welcome, I did some more research, it appears Racing Brake has developed the caliper adapters for the front set up but determined the rear F10 M5 is not the best choice for the non-M F10 5 series, mainly because the M uses an electronic e-brake vs. the standard Drum on some non-M 5 Series cars. I am sure you could retrofit the rears if you have an electronic e-brake on your non M 5 series but brackets will most likely need to be fabricated.
I will call Racing Brake today after they open (west coast time) and see if I can get a price on the caliper brackets. I may consider putting together a front non M BBk utilizing these front F10 M5 calipers, rotors and pads. I will do some more research and post up new info when I get it Also, FYI, some of my info came from this thread on Racing Brakes forum: http://forums.racingbrake.com/showthread.php?t=1472 |

Remove calipers, swap rotors, reconnect brake lines, bleed lines and put wheels back on, maybe an hour labor, plus brake fluid flush. I cannot imagine it would be more then $400 but best bet would be to just call your local dealer to be sure.
