depends up what you're after really.
basically steps up from comfortable to sporty.
Try each one and see which you prefer but bear in mind car will always start in comfort or normal (not sure which on your car as i don't have a 'normal)
it'll be obvious when you start up trhough which one.

Read the manual (or onbaordone) to detials what it does and make you decision based upon that and how it drives and what you prefer for a given situation.

There's no right answer here, its what YOU like.

Thanks. By normal I meant comfort. I have been driving in Sport and like the feeling, but I am unable to step on it until after break in period of 1200 miles. Bummer

Dont you have an ECO PRO mode??

I have ECO, Comfort, Sport (no Comfort+ and Sport +)

My normal drive setting is Comfort and DS (tranny in sport mode). Nice ride, and tranny is shifting sporty

The SPORT mode is a bit edgy, so I use that only when I am hitting the curves on back road at good speeds

ECO is a disaster, too sluggish, and the gas saving are not worth it in my situation. Maybe on a long highway drive I'll try Eco

Yeah, I have an MSport 2012. It offers comfort + and Eco pro, plus sport and sport +. Took the car out last night in sport + mode, wowwwwww, what a difference. Feels like a sports car. Now I have to drop in an exhaust. Car looks bad ass but sounds like a Camry. Lol

When in the city I tend to drive in comfort+. In the city I can not step on it, and there is tram tracks and generally poor road quality in Oslo. Going in sport mode makes me cringe. So just having a soft car when the road quality is bad and the speed is low is perfect. I tend to shift to sport and DS mode as soon as I want to step on it, hitting nice curves or if I'm at the highway. Not really using regular comfort mode a lot.
