Light output from LED is no greater/better than Bi-Xenon. People get the LED for pure cool factor because it's new. Get it if you like it but do NOT do this as retrofit, dealership labor alone will kill you.

The reason I like the LED's is because of the cool features showed in the youtube video of the LED's :-)

Do you like the LED enough to pay $14000 for it? There is a thread somewhere where someone from Europe pay 10000 pounds for the LED head lights alone, that's not including the LED fog lights.

I don't have a LCI yet but i'm looking for the right one and it's hard to find models that are equipped with the LED's already. (It's not possible to buy a new one for me due to some tax advantages from buying a 3 months old version :-))

BimmerTech already has this retrofit for the current 6 series for almost $5,000. It's just a matter of time before they offer it for the F10

I had a 2011 with Xenons & now the 2014 with LEDs & like I said the M-Sport bumper has not changed, and there are only 2 part # for the LED light assembly, and not 4, therefore confirming my suspicion that a swap from Xenon to LED is possible with some coding and updates to some modules |

Well, i know it can be done... I've seen the below and am a customer of this particular shop. They've done the entire retrofit (with and without the KAFAS camera, depending whether you just want the look or the adaptive split beam thing as well)... Not cheap though from what I understand, because depending on build date will determine whether various control modules must be replaced as well - using all original BMW parts.
