I installed DDM H11 HIDS 35W with error eliminator for Fogs, but It does not light up. It flashes like fire truck than shuts off after trying few times. Sometimes it does come on. Anyone with similar situation or suggestion?

update - if you hids as your fog, and if it flickers, here is the trick. press the ignition button once, do not turn on engine, then turn the light switch to either left for or right just to turn or lamp, now hit the fog switch, it should come on without flickering, finally turn on your engine. works everytime for me.

Thanks. I have ddm on tundra been using it for three years no problem. I will try this brand.

i use DDM on my maxima no issues..but these BMW only wants brand name stuff.. meaning empty your pocket..

I had the same issue..there's a ton of threads on this topic

+1 for TRS. I've had my HID fogs for over 1 yr now. ZERO issues, flickering, etc.

My TRS kit had issues. Maybe it was just a defective ballast, but I gave up on HID kits all together and got LED fogs.
I'm not sure the light output is the same, but the headlights light do a pretty good job at lighting the path ahead, even when the fogs are off.

especially now my fogs go on when I unlock the car, since I coded.

If you're car is coded so that the fogs come on when unlocking the car, the HID fogs will blink/flicker if you turn on your engine before the fogs and halos automatically power down.
