A friend recommended getting aftermarket blow-valves for my DINAN Stage 2 F07 550i GT so I could hear the turbos more. I already have a muffler delete w/ quad tips and straight pipe, which you can hear on YouTube:

Love the backfire and noise... but wouldn't mind the sound of turbos either. Im looking at these... http://www.tunersdepot.com/Performan...lve-20522.html

Are there any problems with bigger blow valves? I've heard that sometimes the engine blows out.. is it true? The Greddy Blow-Valve says it can handle 400-800 hp, mine is 520 anyways

You cannot do it. The blow off valves are integrated into the turbos.

Its not going to work. There are plenty of sources to get a boost signal from. The problem is. One- there is no real spot to mount the BOVs without making custom piping. 2 they would be mounted after the Mass air sensors and would cause serious driveability issues because you will be venting already metered air.

Can you point out the sources for the boost signal? I'd love to install a boost gauge on this car.

Good to know... really wasn't that keen on it anyways, a friend recommended getting one. Think I'm happy with the lovely backfire lol...
