M5 Reinforcement plate, will it fit our normal cars?

I found this photo of the rear under side of the M5 and it has a plate for the rear rear axle.
I was woundering if this plate would fit our normal cars?
The part number is 10 in realOEM Reinforcement plate 33322284341

no it doesn't fit. The M5 has adapter weld to the suspension arms in order to attached this panel with nuts... :-(
