What do you guys think about this?

Was thinking that the look is getting boring and I usually frown upon such things. But lately I've been seeing it done differently and I think I could pull it off..

Here's how my car sits currently:

Was thinking about getting my wheels done a different color and with a little photoshop magic, this is the best color combo I could foresee for my car:

Am I living in the past of my Honda days? Or will it work? I know at the end of the day it should be about what I like but it doesn't hurt to get opinions.

Hmmm ... might be okay for track days but not quite the regal look of the grey centres Bud, which I'm lovin'

Definitely know what you mean. The contrast is classy and aggressive, which is what I was going for. But now it looks dull from time to time.

It does, and I've been experimenting with different colors in Photoshop. I just don't want it to look like a clown car haha.

I also feel that black or gold are played out, which is also why I went with dish wheels since concave wheels are the "in" thing and almost every F10 has them.

What about a matte bronze centre as that would complement the metallic elements you already have.

I really like the finish lsturbointeg posted in the second photo. Space Gray is a touchy color to move out of the spectrum of silver or black wheels. Like others stated, I'm not sure how red would bode on a daily, seems a bit flashy for my tastes, but it is your car, if you love it, I say you should definitely go for it and forget what others say, unless they are buying the wheels for you!

My personal choice is a machined face with a blank contrast of some sort. I thought about bronze wheels but I'm not sure my I could rock it on my space gray 5er.

Red would look sick, matches the taillights.. You could also do 3 thin red stripes on the grill to match .. Then red and black carbon emblems would too it off
