GIAC is working on OBD flash tune. Last time I spoke with them they said that something might be available around Christmas.

Got my answer. See it is for the N20 motor on their site. Also see they sell this BMS Downpipe Fix for an additional $140.

May I add that new cars don't need smog test for until its 6 years old. So those of you worried about smog test should just join in, it wont be 3-5 years til you have to go for a check.

I myself is worried about check engine light but it looks like a tune will cover it, I just hope their claim is accurate.

That is not true for all states. VA requires emissions testing every 2 years regardless of year. I don't see many people running a DP without some sort of piggyback anyways so I don't see an issue. This will be going on for me the same time I install the JB4/Catless straight pipe exhaust.
