I am looking for a complete set of rims and tires suitable for a winter setup in the mid Atlantic region. My winters are very mild here in the DC suburbs, so I can get away with an all-season sport tire like the DWS or Pilot SS AS for the three months of really cold weather we get. I just cannot get away with summer performance year round.

I am open to options here, guys. Anyone have some 18s or 19s sitting around with all-seasons mounted on them? Anyone selling their winter setup? Have some winter tires laying around? Rims?

Would prefer a complete setup as a package (tires mounted on rims with TPMS) as opposed to having to assemble the various components myself.
