528ix vibrates from P-->D & R

Hello everyone.
My 528ix vibrates when changing from P to D, also from P to R mode. The vibrations stop as early as 1500rpm. After about 10 kilometers, the vibrations almost completely disappear. I only changed the oil in the front differential. I'm not in the last one. I didn't even change the oil in the gearbox (automatic ZF8). What can be the cause of the vibrations and why do they stop afterwards?
Note: when the vehicle is in P, the rpm is 600-700. Is that a normal RPM for P mode?

Thanks in advance to everyone for the answer 🤝

Need new engine mounts, N20 seems to need them every 50K miles.

Yes, I will definitely do that. But why do the vibrations stop after 10 minutes of driving? Is it possible for the engine mounts to be ok after 10 minutes, but in the beginning they make vibrations?

My car behaved the same, vibrated when cold and smoothed out after driving. Could just be cold rubber vs warm rubber, I knew mine were bad so just changed them.

This is probably the reason, because here the temperatures go up to -10°. That will be the first step.
Thanks for your help 🥂
