ZF 8HP Unable to engage 1st gear or reverse during cold-startup

Hello

I own this 2014 X5 40d for 3 years, has 130.000 km and transmission oil changed 90.000km
This winter when temperature are below zero, at first start the transmission refuse to shift to D or R. When I move the leaver it comes back after 1 sec.

I have to wait 5 or 10 min, and eventually to rev up the rpm to 2500tr/mn, then it accept to engage D

This seems not normal to me, but may be I'm wrong
Any idea ?

NB : Not found any such case with google or in this section

Was the right oil used when it got serviced?

Check oil level, scan with decent (BMW) software for transmission codes.

One of the solenoids might be going out.

Oil change has been made by using a Bardhal ATF machine which allow to change completely the oil, which is not the case when simply draining the BVA.

I guess the oil brand was Bardhal, not ZF but with the right spec.
Two possibilities : Oil is not correct (scary) or a solenoid is dying.

Nobody got the same issue ?
