Can I run 255 and 295 tires with my setup?

I was wondering if I can run 295/30/20 and 255/35/20 tires on my set up. Here are my specs:

2011 528i
KW V2 coilovers with 1-1.5in drop
20x9 et 30 front
20x10.5 et 40 rear

The reason I want to go with the bigger tires is not to have the tires stretched but i dont want the tires to rub.

Front is fine, not sure about the rear. I've got 295, but with ET46, but I also has 20x11. No rubbing.
