Well...I had the car for a couple weeks and I thought, god this white thing would look good with black wheels... sooo I got that done...plus I tinted the windows and tail lights, got a black grill, and got some trim painted black...anyways here's the final product!

i know it's not for everyone, but what do yall think?

White on black wheels is an awesome combo. Especially like it with the shadow trim.

I'm super happy with how it turned out as well... and yes I noticed the amber side-markers a bit after the fact haha.

Definitely on my list for next time.

Thanks for posting my pics Mike! Haha it was being difficult when I tried so I just posted them to the first site I found on google.

In regards to the tint, it's actually only 35% (aka what the guy called "on level below the typical SUV's standard rear tint"). I think the lighting makes it look especially dark but I just wanted it to be a bit harder to see inside but wanted my vision to have little to no obstruction.

And the trim was all vinyl wrapped satin black to match the wheels, which were powder coated.

And then it just snowballed from there: black roof, black M perf. spoiler, black front splitter, genuine M wheels in black, etc etc.

Black & white has been done to death but it does look really good so of course its going to be a popular choice.

Anyway here is mine now, I can see yours heading this way one day if you are not careful

Ive had 20% for about 8 years now and still no tickets, even with no front plate. Only about 25 or so written warnings

When you get warning in Vegas, you have to go to the police station and show them that you removed the tint. If you do not do that within 45 days or so it becomes a ticket and they set a court date for you.

Wow that looks great! Now I know where my next paycheck is going .

In all honesty though, I'll see how I feel with the car for at least the next few months and see if I want to take my white on black bimmer to the next level.

Did you vinyl the roof or paint? It's one of the best mods for alpine white.

vinyl as I wanted it to be reversible. But I am seriously getting it painted, the only thing I worry about is resale; people seem to be funny buying cars that have had paintwork...
